Revitalization Action Programs
S.C.R.A.P. The S.C.R.A.P. program is a hands on program within the heart of the
community where JDIN volunteers and staff discover the
needs of individuals within the community through heart
to heart, door to door communications. Staff assesses
the needs and implements a plan to “realistically” meet
those needs. Focus will be the elderly, handicapped and
single family homes.
